What can I expect in class?
• We kick off our shoes and
move barefoot, fostering
sensational awareness of our
joints.
• We honor our body’s own way,
allowing our body to feel
good in every move,
and tweaking the moves to make this
possible.
• We dance to very cool, totally
unique music as though no
one is watching.
• Similar to kickboxing, we
infuse martial arts moves like kicks,
punches and blocks
into the routine.
• Similar to yoga & other healing
arts, we incorporate stances and
moves that promote
mind-body-spirit wellness.
• We find our own moves that promote
our own self-healing &
discovery within the pace of a
cardio class.
